Blueprint Planning is led by Sarah Schofield, a senior project controls and planning specialist with over 18 years’ experience delivering complex energy, offshore wind, subsea and EPC projects across the UK, Ireland and internationally. Sarah brings deep expertise in Primavera P6, Oracle Primavera Cloud, integrated scheduling, risk analysis, and project governance, built through senior roles with GE Vernova, BP, McDermott, Aker Solutions, JP Kenny and EirGrid.
Throughout her career, Sarah has been trusted to lead planning on some of the industry’s most challenging programmes — from major offshore wind farms and transmission infrastructure to subsea installation campaigns and full EPC delivery. Her work includes developing robust basis of schedule documents, facilitating multidisciplinary planning workshops, performing Quantitative Schedule Risk Analysis, and driving cross‑functional alignment across engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, commercial and finance teams.
